An attempt to mimic the dark mode of Firefox Quantum. Use with Chrome's dark mode for the best results. NOTE: The Chrome Refresh 2023 update has caused graphic alignment issues in with the active tab and toolbar elements. The blue accent highlighting used in the active tab may be displayed in the browser side panel with a tile pattern.
